Technical customer service requests are executed depending on the urgency within 24 hours. A weekend and holiday service is also available.

Our specialized technicians are always equipped with all the important spare parts, so that in most cases the problem can be resolved in only one operation.

The approval comes from our own customers. In a research on the quality of our technical customer service 60.87% of the customers has given the mark “good” and 33% the mark “very good”, which equals to: 93% satisfied customers.

Furthermore, 91% of all our customers confirm our punctuality and the swiftness of our operations.

All deliveries and technical operations are done by us through our qualified staff and not third parties.

The company owner had an experience of more than 40 years in the field of mechanical maintenance, a technician works now with us since 1991 and another technician since 2001 exclusively in the technical customer service. Together with the other valid technicians we have therefore a team with great formation, a long experience and the guarantee of professionalism.
